The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.

By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration, if the invoice is expressly requested.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no delivery or delivery of orders.

An order is considered to have been delivered when the shipper delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the inbound delivery document. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods after receipt and indicate any anomalies in the delivery receipt.


All orders are subject to availability. If there are difficulties in supplying products or if there are no items in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.


Continental Portugal: 24 hours.

Portugal Islands (Madeira and Azores): 96 hours. (4 days)

Spain: 47 hours. (2 days)


The price of transport is 5,55 € for shipments to mainland Portugal, 12,55 € for Portugal – Islands (Madeira and Azores) and 9,55 € for Spain. Payment on collection will have an additional cost of 1,25 €.


All orders issued in European Union countries are shipped according to the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires that all taxes are included in the final price. In case of a refund, the processing fees and fees will not be refunded.

Legal right to withdraw the purchase: Right of return

Any consumer and user has the right of return within 14 days without justification. In case you want to give up the purchase, you can return the purchased product to us. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days from the day you acquired material possession of the goods making up your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by writing to us at santamariagalerie@gmail.com.

Returns of defective products

In cases where it is considered that, at the time of delivery, the product is not in conformity with the terms of the contract, you should contact us via e-mail: santamariagalerie@gmail.com.

We will continue to carefully examine the returned product and inform you by email how to proceed with the replacement. The item for refund or replacement will be made as soon as possible and in any case after the date on which we will send an email confirming that comes the return or replacement of non-conforming article 14 calendar days.

The amounts paid for these products that are returned due to some defect or defect will be fully refunded, including shipping costs, as well as the expenses generated by returning the defective product. The refund will be made on the same means of payment that were used to pay for the purchase.
